Head Facilitator

Robert Slocum graduated in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. His 10 years in the petroleum industry has included stints as a production and completions engineer for a Shell subsidiary in California before moving into consulting work as rig foreman. He has operational experience in several conventional and unconventional areas including California, Permian, and Gulf of Mexico. Mr. Slocum maintains Drilling Completions and Workover IADC WellCAP certification at the supervisor level and is a certified H2S and IADC certified RigPass/Basin United instructor. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and American Association of Drilling Engineers. His main focus is on creating new methods for showing field workers hands on training aids to help them do their jobs better and safer.
